When

Within 14 days of purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually land within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What it covers

The Partner File, the Prompt Vault, and the Product Engine. Setup With Scarlett is refundable in full until the intake form is submitted, since work starts from there.
